Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Velcro Babies products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to the download, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins.

Because our products are supplied digitally, we do not normally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after the download has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your digital product is faulty, not as described, or you experience a problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Where you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

If you purchased by mistake and the download has not yet begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
